The information present in ScMS is of the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user who publishes it, and the ScMS is not responsable for damages of any kind caused by its diffusion on the Internet (to the user himself or others). The user is responsible for the correct use of the ScMS, for any content posted or make available through the ScMS, and for any consequences resulting from these.
The user is responsible for ensuring the security of his password for access to ScMS, as well as all activities and actions performed with his credentials. The ScMS disclaims any liability for loss or damage resulting from noncompliance with the requirements of this clause.
ScMS is not liable for any failure, suspension or blocking of access or transmission of data, resulting from greater forces themselves and others (such as prolonged power cuts) that impede the normal operation of infrastructure data storage and communications.
ScMS reserves the right to remove information that is likely to be contrary to law, to undermine the moral integrity or any other rights, or is not compatible with their purposes, as well as block access to users who do not comply with the rules of the ScMS.
